Dear Prime Minister John Key
I am writing this letter to tell you that you should ban plastic bags. I think that plastic bags are so bad because it will kill all of the sea animals. It might make the sea polluted . Did you know that 1 billion plastic bags are used in NZ each year?
People get plastic bags from shops, markets, Shopping centres, and The WareHouse. They pay 10 cents for one plastic bag each. Sometimes you get some plastic bags for free. It makes rubbish on the road, rivers, and trees.
I think that people should use cloth bags.

DeleteMy name is Ashlyn Hubbard, I go to a college in the Unites States. You did an excellent job stating your argument and backing it up with facts. If I were the Prime Minister, I would definitely take your side and save your oceans and sea animals.
